In order to monetize a SBLC (SBLC Monetization) of a owned SBLC ask yourself the following questions:

  1. Are you in possession of the instrument?
  2. Are you the beneficiary of the SBLC/BG or do you have legal documents giving you control over the SBLC/BG?
  3. Is the SBLC/BG fully paid for prior to requesting monetization.
  4. Is the SBLC/BG unecumbered.

If you or your client cannot answer "YES" to ALL the questions above you don't need to read any further. If just one of the answers to the 4 questions is "NO" you are wasting your time.

SBLC Non - Recourse Monetizing Program Highlights

 Non - Recouse monetizing means the client does not have to repay the funds resulting from the monetizsation. 

Owned and Leased SBLC/BG can be monetized using the Non - Recourse option.

Leased SBLC/BG can only be monetized Non - Recourse because the Lessor is the owner of the instrument.

  • $100 Million to Billions USD or EUR
  •  The SBLC/BG must be from an Top rated bank and must contain the following 5 phrases 
    ”Irrevocable”, “divisible”, “transferable”, “assignable” and “unrestricted”.
  • The SBLC/BG canot include any limiting phrases such as "for credit enhancement only" etc.

  • 1-3 year term

LTV 35% - 45% depending on: 

  • Issuing Bank rating
  • Instument Value
  • Market conditions

Non - Recourse Loans, for the most part, cannot be paid out directly to the client.

  • They must be pplaced into a high yield trade program.
  • These programs usually pay out on a weekly or monthly basis.
  • Payout can be cashed out or re-invested.
  • Net Yield to the client is usually 80% per month.
  • Program duration is 10 month resulting in a 800% profit to the client.
